Our Portland, Texas Tax Office will be closed from December 22, 2025, through January 1, 2026 for renovations. Our other locations in Aransas Pass ,Mathis and Sinton are open. 

We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our facilities to better serve you. Regular business hours will resume on January 2, 2026.

To print a receipt for your Property Tax Payment

  1. Click on the “Available Now! Property Tax Receipt” icon.
  2. Under “Find Your Property Tax Balance”,
  3. Follow the on screen search instructions.
  4. When you see, your property appear on the screen click on “Payment Information.”
  5. Right hand side of the page, it will display “Reprint Receipt”, click on the hyperlink .
  6. Receipt Page, click on hyperlink >>here<< . Duplicate Receipt Via Web, and find the printing option.
